Alarmed and distressed and frustrated by VM

A long time customer, who in the last ten years has lost all faith and sometimes the will. I've put up with crappy services, as to phone them for help means the loss of time and more frustration through poor communication. I'm so sick of poor service and unbelievably bad customer services.  The online bot is AI and you can't speak to a person - oh how I yearn for the days when people answered phones and conversation was easy and problems got resolved. I used to recommend this service to people, but its been ten years since I've done that, in fact, I tell people in order to save their sanity and time to run a mile. Get my email working, get my landline working, stop the spinning wheel happening so frequently.
