2PC's, 2 different speeds

We both have capable PC's where we do professional game dev work, both connected with 1gb ethernet cables, both PC's network cards allow for 1gb speeds, we have the 250M package with virgin. One PC gets 60-70Mbps speeds, while the other gets 10-15Mbps speeds. We only have 6 devices connected to the router. Can anyone help me understand why neither of us get idle speeds which the website says should be our minimum speeds, also why one PC gets significantly less speeds then the other.

Are both PC's connected directly to the Hub via, for example, Cat 6 cables, with no other kit in between?  What OS is running on the PC's, if it is windows, have you tried running them in "Safe Mode with Networking Support"?  On the 250 tier, both PC's should be exceeding this figure.

Try running the speed test "Samknows  Realspeed"  and post the results
