When reading online remarks in any ISP related forum, numerous post begin with an emotional illogical rant at the ISP for issues which are quite clearly operator error or just not true at all.
And then compare it with other two main providers, BT and Sky broadband internet. It's shockingly bad. Baseline complaints 2x as bad, peaks up to 3x as bad.
