Wireless Mobile Calls

I am getting poor call quality when I make a mobile call on wifi. My voice cuts out as well as the person calling me's voice. I have good wireless coverage with 130 mbps. I am using an iphone 8 on the O2 network.

Anyone know what I can do to improve the call quality?

    Make sure there are no latency inducing VPNs active such as Apple's Relay.
