Hello. My phone and my husbands phone are unable to connect to the WiFi. Whenever we put the WiFi in our phones it doesn't work. This has been a issue for the past 3-4 days now. Can you please help me.

Were they both working OK before? What happened then? Are other devices working? What message do you get when you enter the password on the phone?
