Wifi

This past two days we’ve experienced issues with our WiFi dropping out. Now nothing that needs wifi is working I have turned off/ on hub/router. Have turned off devices , tried all suggested checks etc and still having issues.. All I  get is the dreaded you are no longer connected to Internet. Is anyone else having problems.

    More information please. What hub do you have, what colour are the LED/s on the hub. Does if affect Ethernet cables devices? 

    Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level.

  • A lot of people having this problem. mine drops 2 times in the day and from 10pm onwards. Can't get a straight answer.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi connection at the moment. 

    Are you still experiencing the issues right now? If so have you been able to check for any area issues as Tudor suggested?

  • Having a similar issue to you but mine drops speed but doesn't totally cut off, it goes to normal then drops down and slows down browsing and streaming, had this issue for about a week.
