Recently got M250 installed, as the title says, on WiFi connections I am getting sub 100Mb/s but hard wired devices are getting 250Mb/s+? I've tried all the usual, sitting beside the router, checking for interference etc. There are no other 2.4ghz signals around. Even on my laptop, if I use WiFi it's slow, as soon as I plug in the speed shoots up.
It's quite normal for WiFi speeds to be lower than ethernet, in fact Virginmedia never promise more than 30Mbps. But there are things you can try.
Firstly, check which band your devices are connecting to. 5GHz will give a faster connection than 2.4GHz, except at longer range.

As jpeg1 has mentioned, it can be normal for WiFi speeds to be slower, but your speeds being at your levels on a wired connection is correct.
