Wifi signal

Hi, I had virgin broadband fitted on Monday and it has been working fine but this morning their is no WiFi signal, is virgin down?

    Do you mean you have lost your wi-fi connection (from the VM hub to your device) or do you mean you have lost your broadband connection (to your VM hub)?

    If it is the latter, try the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area.
