WiFi signal issues

Hi,

Anyone have any recommendations for a poor wifi signal in one of our rooms. We have 1gb connection/hub5, but when using a laptop in one room, windows regularly tells us there’s a problem with the signal. Conducting a test on the app via a mobile either fails (it lost connection and joined 4g) or succeeds with a test above the 30mb, so will not offer the WiFi pods.  There’s no interference specifically when this happens, eg no tv, microwave on.

    The fact the test fails at times should be enough to ask for a pod, as long as it is free on your contract.  I would wait here for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you.

    Sorry to hear of your WiFi concerns. 

    Are you able to run the test over our Sam Knows real speed to see what speeds you're getting in the room where you believe the WiFi isn't reaching? Post the screenshot here and we can investigate this further for you.
