Wifi signal - ordering pods

Sorry guys but i need help and this is the only place i can get on for it!

I am new to VM and have signed up to a 1Gig, (1130Mb), account.  I have run tests and it seems the router is good but other rooms have a lot lower speed.  I have downloaded the VM connect app but that just tells me that I am out when, plainly I am not!  Our house is of the old megathick walls type but my last ISP, BT, had no problems getting around, (they were just too slow and too expensive).

I am trying to get some pods, (which, apparently, are free on this account), to extend the signal better but after doing everything that VM tells me to do it still comes up short with no way of ordering they.

Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted

    The official route is to use the VM Connect App and scan your property.  When completed, the app should allow you to order the first Pod.  If this is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.
