Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your Hub, can I just confirm is the Hub out and in a well ventilated area? I know you have mentioned that you have tried turning the Hub off and on but have you tried a full factory reset? To this, push a pen etc into the reset hole and hold in for 30 seconds, this will force a full factory reset so if you have changed the Hub name or password it will need return to the original on the Hub but you can change this back should you need to.
