WiFi Pods order - feel lost
Hello, its' second time when I was in touch with Virgin agent (through chat) to arrange second WIFI Pod. The agent both times said that everything has been arranged and I should have receive an email conformation within 2 hours. Again, I didn't receive any email conformation so I'm unsure if this WIFI Pod is going to be shipped. I'm losing so much time each time when contacting Virgin, it's really annoying that agents says that all is arranged, and then nothing is happening.
Is someone from VM here who is able to check the order at all and help please?
