WiFi pods not so seamless connection?

Recently spotted my wifi pod has a Fair connection strength on the VM Connect app. The app troubleshooting recommends refreshing the WiFi. I did this and it’s been no help, I also got a message on the app to come here as troubleshooting has been attempted before and failed.
Truth be told, I’m also a bit irritated with the claim of seamless connectivity when I’ve yet to experience that. Sure, the pod now means my wifi hits the back end of the house without issue but whenever I go into my bedroom or front room, it’s almost like the Hub and pod argue over my connection and I end up with nothing. It’s the same with my wife. This means we have to go into phone settings, flick wifi off and wait a few seconds then flick it back on.
Doesn’t sound like a huge deal, yeah, but you try having to it multiple times a day and having your music or video randomly freeze and buffer whenever you change rooms and see how long you manage to not be annoyed by it lol

    "Fair connection strength"

Indicates the VM Pod is placed too far away from the VM Hub.

It needs to make its mind up then, I used the app to determine positioning first set up and it reckoned where it is is fine.
I'm more bothered about the issue of having to flick wifi off and back on depending where I am in the house tbh.. sometimes refreshing the connection fixes the Fair strength and I don’t tend to check it very often.  I only did today because the black spot was aggravating me again 😂

Hopefully the VM Pod is not placed in the black spot,
because that would likely make your Wi-Fi stability even worse.

It is the client device that makes the decision to move between Access Points.  So the "argument" is between your phone and the AP, not the Hub and Pod.

So, basically, our phones can’t decide whether to hit up the router or the pod when between the two.. any ideas to solve that other than just turning the pod off and relying on mobile data at the back of the house?

Try not using VM stuff but hub in modem mode with better WiFi stuff
