WiFi pods not connecting to new hub

I've recently upgraded from a hub 4 to a hub 5, both pods worked previously with the hub 4. Now my pods aren't syncing with the new hub, one is flashing green and blue alternating between searching for a signal, the other just flashes white. 

I've tried the WPS button to get them to sync, restarting router and pods but nothing seems to work unfortunately. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

    It needs syncing/activating on your account - this may not have happened yet or failed - so try this....

    First, Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them.

    You will need to hand, the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number
