Wifi Pods - need help to place order
Hi Forum Team
Could you please PM me to help place order for our 1st wifi pod. As ordering wifi pod via recommended Connect App method is not working.
We consistently have low to non-existent wifi speed in one room, & Connect App scans confirm "poor" & post scan info advises wifi pod, but app doesn't then give any visible option to place order for one. It noted can also call to order so we tried that but got nowhere there too.
I checked forum & saw many customers having same difficulty being unable to order wifi pods, & that you can assist with placing order via PM. That would be a great help if you could & would be very much appreciated. (I'm a Volt customer so been advised there would be no charge for the pod).
