Hi,
I have a white wifi pod, working fine for a bit now no longer works at all.
Turns on then flashes red rapidly.
Have factory reset the hub 5, restarted the pod and nothing.
Done the one thing and says there could be a firmware issue with the pod, then said get a replacement...then tells me one has already been ordered and should have arrived which it hasn't.
How do I go about getting a replacement, called and they couldn't help apparently.

Some of the older white pods hove been known to burn. Does yours feel hot? If so remove it and demand one of the newer black ones to replace it.
A VM person should pick this up.
Yeah does get warm I have to say....thanks for that.
Will wait for a VM bod to get in touch as the guy on the phone said to leave it plugged in for 24 hours for it to connect , did this the other day and left it 3 days...still the same
So spoke to someone online, I need an engineer to come out and look at the current pod, however they are sending me a second pod ? makes perfect sense 🤦♂️
