WiFi Pod ordering

Why is it so difficult to order and receive WiFi pods? Every time I try by phone or online I’m promised the order has been made and will be with me in 3 to 5 days, then nothing and repeat. Is there an easier way? It’s almost like Virgin Media don’t want me to have any…

    Sorry to see there seems to be an issue in ordering WIFI Pods ☹.

    You should be able to order a Pod by using our connect app, does this let you? Are you receiving any error messages?

    If your Pod has been sent out please click this link to track down the order.

      Is there any way of automatically ordering through the app without having to go on WhatsApp? Last message I had said one would be sent out in 24 hours and I would be notified but still waiting.

        Was you able to order the Pod through our app

      It started with the app recommending Pods but had to order by phone as service unavailable. Despite being assured Pods were being sent, nothing happens and when chased I get a catalogue of untruths!

      Another week and another failed attempt to get a WiFi Pod ordered. More assurances when calling that an order has been placed and then silence. What does it take to get a WiFi Pod?

  • Having the same issue! They said they would send one. After a few weeks chased it up to find the order had been cancelled due to a 'technical error' but I hadn't been told. Have asked again for one to be sent and still nothing.
