Wifi pod order
Despite 2 phone requests there seems to be no way to order a second wifi pod. The VM app tests fine in most of the house but in a couple of locations there is no signal and thus a speed check won't work. No speed test, means no speed test failure, means one can't be ordered. The last agent I spoke to said he wasn't authorised to order a pod but would get his supervisor to do it. Nothing happened.
How can a normal human break this cycle?
