Good afternoon I’ve been with virgin for about a month now I have volt 1gig fibre package I get wifi max included in this. I done a scan the other day I got like less than I’m suppose to when I go to order wifi pod it won’t let me online says I need to upgrade so confused any one here can help me to get one to boost my wifi in my room thanks also to add I click on the bit says wifi pod nothing happens just says upgrade
Any help from virgin on here??
I’m trying to get my first one such a bloody experience I’m told carnt get one online as I have hub 5x order was made up but never arrived virgin don’t help this isn’t a good look for them only been with them for a month but no one from virgin even on here cares I only get 3mbps in one room which is totally unacceptable if u don’t mind me asking how did u get your first one please thanks
