Wifi Pod Order Help
Hello, I am wondering if someone can help regarding an order for a Wifi pod that I had placed with Virgin. Over a week ago now i had spoken with an operator on the Virgin media online chat and, after providing some information and speed test results etc, he informed me he had placed an order for a Wifi pod for me.
Since that chat i have not heard anything else and have had no confirmation that this order was ever even placed? Can someone check please to see what the status of this is for the wifi max pod on my account please, or if it is even on my account?
