It can take several days for a Pod to resync to a new Hub. If this fails you may need to ask VM to provision the old Pod to the new Hub.

Hi, I changed my router from a Hub 3 to Hub 5, and my WiFi pod doesn’t seem to connect. A customer service member said it connected but it still shows a still white light. Please help me on what to do. Thanks
