We're sorry to hear you've been having issues trying to order a WiFi pod. Whilst on a Volt connection or 1GB service, you can have up to 3 WiFi pods, these are only sent if there are issues with the connection. These can't be requested and can only be sent once diagnostics have been done and a confirmed resolution is that a WiFi pod can help.
As you've mentioned you're not having any connection issues currently, we wouldn't be able to order a pod. If you notice that you start have issues with the WiFi, pop back to us here and we can go through diagnostics with you and order the pod if one can help.
