WiFi pod black

My WiFi pod black was connected to my router, I have been sent a new router and after installing it my WiFi pod black won't connect to the new router, all it does is flash white for hours and won't connect

  • Your pods are supposed to connect to your new HUB automatically, however, it requires VM to link them to your new HUB, which doesn't always happen.

Should I just call them and ask them to link it?

Sure, or wait a few days for a reply on here.

    Try this:

    • Let the pod turn on. Leave it a few minutes to boot.
    • Press and hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds.
    • Wait another minute.
    • In the VM Connect App top right hand corner. Click on the [+] icon to add a new pod to put the router in pairing mode.

        Hi Bob33,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see your Black Pod stopped working when you had a new Router fitted, I can see there was a lot of advice given from our community, has this connected since your last post?

        Regards

        Paul.
