WiFI Pod—am I entitled to one?

I have Gig1 Volt speed boost.
In one room VM Connect reports 'Fair' , Download 24 Mbps, Upload 23 Mbps and I thought that this would entitle me to a free pod but the App gives no information on how to get one.

Am I correct in the assumption, if so could somebody tell me the procedure for getting one.

    Hi Martyn_S 

    Thanks for joining me on PM and allowing me to sort this for you.

    Just to update the thread, Pod ordered and requirements sent across for the Pods to work which are below;

    •    The Hub must be in 'Router Mode' and not have been changed to 'Modem Mode'.
    •    Channel Optimisation must be left on.
    •    The SSIDs must be the same and broadcast enabled.
    •    The SSID must be password protected.
    •    The Passphrases of the SSIDs must match.

     

    Pop back to the community if you ever need assistance.
