WiFi keeps dropping out

Question

&nbsp;Hello,for the past month, our WiFi speed has been suddenly dropping to around 0.1mbps for 10-15 seconds then returning to normal. This happens to all devices at the same time, no matter the distance from the router. It only happens over WiFi, Ethernet works fine. BQM graph looks fine, can’t do samknows speed test as the WiFi is so incredibly slow that it won’t load when I try to. I have been able to capture it on ooklas speed test. Il attach an image below. Il also paste the downstream and upstream bonded channels (have to do upstream in the replies because it won’t fit). Diagnostic tool says everything is fine, unplugged all the wires, made sure they are in tight, turned off and waited 10 minutes, still the same problem. Router is a super hub 3 which we’ve had for over 10 years. Hi meeros thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
We don't guarantee a WiFi speed unless you are on our WiFi Max package, but certainly the speeds you've shown are extremely slow and not something we'd consider normal.
We've ran checks here and we can't encounter any issues at present though, can you try the SamKnows test again and screenshot the result as usually even if it's slow speeds as a result there is a successful speed test?
