WiFi issues -pods

hi gang 

I have upgraded to gig fibre this week . I several issues of coverage at home after running tests in the virgin connect app . sub 30 mb.. 

the button to order pods doesn't work ,and from my phone call yesterday I was promised a call back on this issue .

 

could I get some assistance on this please.

    Welcome to our forums and thank you for your first post. Sorry to hear you have been having connectivity issues since your upgrade to 1 Gig. What we can do is run some tests with you and look into whether ordering WiFi pods is the best resolution. We are sending you a private message.
