Wifi drops in and out.

Ive been having my wifi drop in an out at times. Its not often but its often enough its becoming annoying. Just wondered if there was a way to find out exactly how many times it has dropped out and how many times it has to happen before virgin do anything about it. I have been on the phone in the past and done the checks/resets etc.

    Can we check… are your issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables?  If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi connection issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?
        What Hub model is it?   What are the various Hub lights showing/doing when this happens if a Hub3 is the base light a steady white(ish) or flashing green?

    Use of manual Wi-Fi channels on our VM Hub has stopped random drop outs,
    TV streaming over Wi-Fi is now trouble free.
