Wifi connection down
Been with Virgin for a few years with no real problem until yesterday. Wifi was down (hub flashing red) but according to the app no network issue.
Tried several times to restart and even used the reset option but no joy. Tried to webchat twice but each time, while talking to someone, I was suddenly kicked out and back to start. Tried to call and couldn't get through.
Eventually I get a text message (after a few hours) that there is a problem with the network and they are working on it.
It isn't until you need to contact a company with a problem that you realise how bad they are, and to top it off - wifi down again this morning, hub flashing red and app telling me no network issues.
