Wifi Calling Not Working For Vodafone Mobile

Hi Virgin Media tech support.
My Virgin broadband is not allowing Vodafone mobiles to use Wi-Fi calling. When I use my Vodafone mobile in other locations with a different broadband carrier Wi-Fi calling works fine. 

Other carriers mobiles - eg EE can use WiFi calling  on my Virgin broadband . 

So I have narrowed the cause of the problem to Virgin Media broadband setup at my home address. 

How do I request Virgin Media to investigate and correct this problem ?

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some issues with Wi-Fi Calling. Have you tried inserting the Vodafone SIM card into a different device? That way we can narrow down if the issue lies with the mobile device or not.

      hi Zach_R - the handset and Voda sim are able to use wi-fi calling at other locations where the wi-fi is delivered via a different broadband carrier to Vodafone. 

      From other chats on this subject it would appear the Virgin Media broadband service has to have a particular setting enabled to support Vodafone mobile Wi-Fi calling .

      Please advise what details are needed for Virgin Media to investigate this fault & the setup of their broadband service at my home location.

        Hi Zach_R, re my last message - I mistakenly said Vodafone in the first paragraph -  it should read 

        the handset and Voda sim are able to use wi-fi calling at other locations where the wi-fi is delivered via a different broadband carrier to Virgin Media.

    Disable "Child Safe" in the VM online account, or set the mobile to use a Public DNS.

    If there is an option in your hub for "IpSec Passthru", then enable it as all WiFi Calling uses an IPSec tunnel that must bypass NAT to work. I use my own router, and had to do this and I know some of the VM hubs had this option but can't remember which ones.
