WiFi booster sounds like it’s going to take off!
Hi my white hexagonal WiFi booster sounded really loud last night and was really hot. Sounded like fans? Now WiFi has dropped out. Any help please? Thanks

Still waiting for help from customer service
Getting in contact is proving difficult - was hoping someone would reply here - can’t seem to just call up and explain the situation, the bot wants to turn WiFi off and reset it and all sorts! - kids playing/homework so that wouldn’t go down too well!

Yeah VM prefers not to talk to its customers. If you wait a couple of days the VM forum team will get to you.
Keep it unplugged and contact customer service for a replacement.
