Getting in contact is proving difficult - was hoping someone would reply here - can’t seem to just call up and explain the situation, the bot wants to turn WiFi off and reset it and all sorts! - kids playing/homework so that wouldn’t go down too well!

Yeah VM prefers not to talk to its customers. If you wait a couple of days the VM forum team will get to you.
