Wi fi pod

Unable to connect in my I pod  with the connect app can you assist please

      Hi they did that when I first had the pod and everything was working ok with a good signal now I can’t get anything

    Is this a situation where a VM Pod has stopped working with a VM Hub 4 ?

        Is the pod showing any signs of overheating or any noise?
        Are there any lights flashing on it?
