Wi-Fi pod ordering?

Hi, I’ve got Volt Gig1 broadband and maxit TV and I have run the tests and my results said I can order a pod…..I did order through the app 2 weeks ago but I’ve not had an email or text to say it was confirmed, I’ve posted a thread here but no one has responded either so I’m trying again lol 🙏🏻
