Why was our building missed for Fibre?

Hello,

We live in a building with 8 flats in London. All of which want fibre. Each flat has a share of the freehold.

It looks like every other building on our road has access to fibre with you apart from us. Please can you connect the property. We have tried calling you several times over the last couple of years, but no one seems to know why our building was missed. Please can someone look into this?
