why does virgin switch off my broadband everyday between 10-11am

for 3 weeks now virgin have switched off my broadband everyday for atleast 2 hours each day, its normally off about 10am, customer service can not answer any questions an engineer has attended my adress and changed the hub3 but the problem is still the same area 03
