Whats app media download issues

Hi

Have been having issues to download media sent and received (audio, video and pictures) on WhatsApp while my virgin media wifi is on.  I have to switch off the wifi and use my network data to do this.

Wifi working well on other social medias.

 

what could be the problem

    Hi shylady 

    This may be due to parental controls. Do you have VM's websafe/Essential Security turned on? If so turn it off.
