VM Hub 4.0 - Port Forwarding

Hi, I am trying to forward ports on the Hub 4.0 - the hub has accepted the command however it doesn't seem to actually save - although the hub states it is enabled. Any port checking I do online shows ports as closed...

Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix?

I'm aware I can enabe modem mode and have my own router but I didn't think that would be necessary given there's port forwarding on the Hub?

Any help really appreciated...

    Just to add, I have rebooted the hub and rechecked and had no joy...

    Problem is VM don't test it as they don't want to support it because they think the internet and router mode is smart enough to not need it.

    Depending on what you want to do you can test inbound connections with the hub in modem mode to a PC of the APP on that port

    Probably stating the obvious but is the local 192.168.0.x device listening on the port opened?
