VM Connect not giving me the option to order a POD
Hi, we have M500 Volt. The coverage within the house is terriblem The VM Connect app is telling me that I should get a POD but is not giving me the option to order one. I can see that others have also had similar problems. When I phone Virgin, I keep getting the automated service and get sent a link to SamKnows (which I have already) and/or to download the VM Cionnect app (which I have).
I really need a POD as my ring cameras keep dropping out and we are getting well below 30MB in a few of the rooms
Please help
