VM connect doesnt recognise the wifi network

What? The VM connect app on my Samsung s25 phone was working last time i opened it. But today i get the msg that it doesnt recognise the wifi. i press the reload WIFI button & then get a window saying 'looks like youre out". 

THe broadband icon in bottom centre has a warning triangle. Ive uninstalled the app, reset my IP, reinstalled the app again. Same thing. It is unusable. Anyone know a fix ? Thks

    Is the phone fully updated?

    Have you deleted the app and reinstalled it? 

  • I have recently upgraded to a Hub5 and am getting the same problem 🤷

      Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your connection to the VM Connect application.

      Have you ever been able to access the application with your previous router? Are you able to login and use all the other functions of the application?

    Use of a VPN or WARP or any other DNS Changer will cause the mobile
    to appear off the home wi-fi.
