VM Connect App on IOS has recorded excessive Hub3 latency

Hub3: v10 hardware, NMS loaded software v9.1.2208.100 IOS; 16.2 on iPad Pro 4th gen and also 1st gen Pro VMConnect: v12.32.7 Here’s a screen shot:   Please advise what extra detail/process...

Nothing wrong with ICMP.  Indeed, Tracert tells you exactly which node(s) is/are busy with priority traffic - which is a clue as to what's going on.

But yes, the CONNECT app is useless and do let Horsey have his fun with VM.
