I would also like to jump on to this thread as I have exactly same problems. Been on phone with VM few times with no success. Had issue with our hub 4, engineer came out and replaced it. Got in to 192.168.0.1 and connect app once or twice and then nothing. Completed numerous resets, button held in for 60secs, clearing app cache, deleting/reinstalling app etc and no use. Been going on for a few weeks and fed up of it at this stage. Off phone again today being told it would have to be passed on but I am beyond fedup. Wifi keeps cutting in and out on tv, mobiles etc. Previous problem seemed to have been hub issue and I'm convinced I'm the same and have been given a faulty hub.....HELP PLEASE!!!!!
