Virgin online chat option not working

Hi I have  a v6 box which is not working correctly and I am trying to contact you through online chat.

But this also jot working on my pc or my mobile.

    We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with speaking to the team via chat. It's not available for all types of queries and faults is one of those I'm afraid.
