VIRGIN CONNECT APP

I cannot access the Virgin Connect app as it keeps saying it cant find the hub 🙄. All the services are working ok but can someone help me with this issue please?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Connect App. 

    Can you please let us know what Hub you have? There is currently an issue with the Connect App and Hub 4s.

    Have you been able to use the app previously with your current Hub?
