But I can't get it to Connect  to my hub

And help would be appreciated

  • Hi skeck, thank you for your post.

We're sorry to hear about the problem you're having 😔

What type of device are you using? Is it an Android phone/tablet, iPhone or iPad?

Also, have you checked that the Connect app has location permissions enabled?

Please pop back to us at your earliest convenience.

    Regards,
    Daniel

So how do I order a booster pod if I can't use the Virgin Connect App ?

      Thanks

Hey skeck, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are struggling to order a WIFI pod.

I will send you a DM now to assit.

Remember they are free if you are 1GB or a Volt customer otherwise £8 per month.

The best avoided Connect app is notorious for :

    1) the ability to rapidly corrupt a Hub 4
    2) the lack of a method to order or request VM Pods

      Thanks

Only downloaded it as the chat said to use it to test and order a pod

There is free an Android app from the Google play store "Samknows Realspeed" this I find to be very handy as it just performs the VM Hub speed test and the mobile wi-fi speed tests without any of the intrusion of the Connect app and hopefully without the element of the Connect app that is causing so much havoc for Hub 4 customers.
