Virgin connect app
Managed to get connected to the app and now it's gone down again and my sons computer was paused and now can't unpause it why is this app so bad why can't virgin keep it working I'm so angry !

It seems to be back on and running now but the problem is is uve paused stuff there is no way to unpause when the app goes down the app just says cannot connect or find hub

Did the advice from Adduxi help at all?
You can pause and unpause devices using the Hubs admin console. You don’t have to use the app.
