Very poor wifi. Pod never worked.
So I have been with virgin for years.
I was sent a wifi pod 2 years ago but it never worked at all. I tried everything and just gave up and put it in a drawer.
The app won't connect to my hub 4. It did but hasn't for aged. It doesn't matter how many restarts I do. The app won't connect or find my hub and the WiFi pod disconnects itself within 2 minutes.
I am not prepared to do a factory reset for the 50th time because getting everything to reconnect including security cameras is a nightmare. My wifi even 3 meters from my hub is less than 17mb. I am so fed up with such poor performance!
I am also unable to turn on 5g in the router login. This stopped working months ago.
Can someone please offer some tangible help not just restart everything and go through the same old crap within a few hours
