Using 2 hubs/routers. Is it possible?

Ok. Looking for some advice.

Recently, I arranged for an engineer to move my router from the living room to the office. I requested the move to ensure my office was wired for team meetings and gaming. However, turned out this created blackspots in the house. My fault 

Anyway to my question, I now have 2 possible areas where my router can be located. I'm thinking - is it possible to have a hub/router connected at each access point (living room & office), using the office as wired only and turn the WiFi off. WiFi would be enabled for the living room to go through the house.

Before I dive into this head first, is this possible? And any advice if it is so.
