Upgrade to Hub 5
Hi, so I resigned up for another 18 months with Gig1 Fibre Broadband last month, and the guy on the phone said it should be no problem upgraded to also get the Hub 5 (I have hub 4, which works ok, but some issues with connections if everyone is using 5 GHz at same time in evening), but I never got any confirmation email about it (I mostly forgot about it until now), so can someone help me here?
