Upgrade through app not showing

Hello, 

I've upgraded my speed through the app. I have received an email confirmation. But no date to confirm when the change will take place. 

Could it be clarified as to what's actually happening?

    VM often say on here that it can take up to 10 days.

    Worth rebooting the Hub to see if its ready and waiting.  You can tell when its been installed by looking at the numbers in the "Configuration File" data - that's in the Hub settings
