Unauthorised entry and connection to my property

Virgin Media have entered my garden and connected a box to my house without consent. The house is not occupied at the moment so there is no way they could have got consent. I have tried to contact them (which is impossible) but with no luck. How do I get this removed. No only is it trespassing but drilling into the stone without consent is ridiculous
